POPIA is the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. This page summarises the rights and contact route in Boundless Consulting’s Privacy Policy, version 1.0, effective 25 August 2026. It does not extend that company’s policy to every group entity.
Personal information
The Consulting policy covers contact and identity details, professional information, programme and employment records, communications and relevant technical information. Special personal information, such as disability or health information, requires an applicable legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about information held about you, request access or correction, and request deletion where the law permits. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and object to direct marketing. Some records may need to be retained for lawful obligations.
Send a privacy request
Address your enquiry to the Information Officer and name the company, programme or interaction concerned. Boundless Consulting’s policy identifies S. D. Claassen, Managing Director, as its Information Officer. Describe your request and provide a way to contact you. Proportionate identity verification may be needed.

For Consulting information received through Facebook or Instagram, use the email subject “Meta Data Deletion Request” and identify the relevant interaction. The Consulting policy sets an aim of 30 calendar days for a valid deletion request, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
