Request a manual or record
Email the team with the Boundless entity concerned and request its current PAIA manual or identify the record you need. For a formal records request, use the prescribed Form 2 and identify the right you seek to exercise or protect, and why the record is required.

Official forms and guidance
The Information Regulator provides PAIA guides, Form 2, fees information and complaint procedures. Access is subject to the Act, including applicable fees and lawful grounds for refusal.
Publication requirements
The approved manual must identify the relevant legal entity and responsible officer, record categories, applicable legislation, access procedures and personal-information processing details. These details need confirmation for each entity before the final manual is published.
