Focus Areas

What We Deliver.

01

Source, Prepare & Match

Recruit and screen young people, coordinate work-readiness support and match candidates to the role, location and employer.

02

Create Workplace Opportunities

Implement YES programmes, graduate placements and work-integrated learning (WIL). Coordinate SETA-funded and employer-funded internships, with Academy providing the learning component where required.

03

Manage the Employment Journey

Onboarding, attendance, stipend and payroll coordination, and employer support. We maintain the placement records required for agreed funder reports and verification.

04

Retain & Progress

Address participant and employer issues early, support programme completion and plan for employment progression from the start.

Programme delivery

One Agreed Plan.
Ongoing Workplace Support.

Before recruitment, we agree the roles, locations, learner support, reporting and host responsibilities. During delivery, we coordinate employers, participants and funders around that plan.

Programme Requirements & Evidence

YES recognition has specific eligibility and delivery requirements. We maintain participant and placement records within the agreed scope. Funding and placements depend on confirmed opportunities. Where learning is required, Boundless Academy supports the training component.
