Each Boundless company has a defined role. Here is where each one can help.

01. Boundless Consulting

We project manage SED and ED programmes, support skills compliance and help organisations prepare for B-BBEE verification.

02. Boundless Academy

Learnerships, occupational qualifications and workplace skills programmes for companies and young people.

03. Boundless Youth

We help companies run YES programmes, internships, graduate placements and work-integrated learning (WIL). We recruit candidates, coordinate placements and support learners and host employers.

04. Boundless Foundation

We work with funders to improve access to learning in underserved communities. Our priorities are reliable school infrastructure, digital inclusion and practical township agriculture.

Foundation leads its public-benefit priorities and donor relationships. Each company retains accountability for its own work.

Based on the entity strategy documents for 2026–2029 and Academy’s institutional growth strategy to February 2030. Planned services and programmes remain subject to their approval and delivery requirements.
